The app, My Tiny List, is operated by SC SoundStorm SRL, based in Romania.
The app is a "wishlist" and "to-do" list application designed for group collaboration, allowing users to share and manage lists with friends and family.
The app is available worldwide and is free to use, with an optional paid version offering additional features and no ads.
My Tiny List is not responsible for data loss, app downtime, or user misuse.
The company reserves the right to terminate any account immediately if it is determined to be misused, poses safety risks, or jeopardizes the well-being of others.

Personal Data Collected:
Registration via email (default):
- Email (mandatory): For account creation and login.
- Password (mandatory): For secure account access.
- Country (optional): To improve app localization and introduce country-specific features (e.g., languages).
- Date of birth (mandatory): To comply with international regulations regarding age-restricted features and targeted ads.
Registration via Google Sign-In:
- Data permitted by Google through 'appdata' scopes.
Data Usage: All user data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.
Data is used to provide app functionality, enhance user experience, and offer tailored ads (if consent is given).
My Tiny List does not collect or use external personal data.
Targeted Ads: In the free version, ads are set to "Non Personalized Ads Only" by default.
Users aged 13 and older can enable personalized ads in the settings.
Cookies are used to enhance the user experience and manage targeted ads.
Cookies for ads are disabled by default and require explicit user consent to enable.
Data Sharing User data may be shared with law enforcement or authorities if required by law or court order.
Data Retention Deleted items and lists are removed permanently and are not stored elsewhere.
Users can delete their accounts permanently via the settings tab. This action is irreversible.

General Features:
Users can: Create a private to-do or wishlist (auto-generated at registration) that only they can modify.
Create and name one public list and invite up to 4 contributors (free version) or unlimited contributors (premium version).
Be invited to one list (free version) or unlimited lists (premium version).
Contributors to a list can add and remove items freely.
Users can pick a nickname and a "color" to differentiate their contributions in shared lists.
Premium Features Premium users, for $4.99/month, can: Create multiple public lists.
Be invited to unlimited lists as contributors.

Ads are displayed only to free users in a banner format: One ad at the top of the list before any items.
An additional ad after every 12 items in the list.
Ads can be disabled by subscribing to the premium version.

Users are responsible for their stored data and account integrity.
Accounts should not be shared, as list deletion is irreversible.
Users can reset their passwords via the provided link if needed.
Users can adjust targeted ads and other privacy settings in the "Settings" tab.

User data is encrypted and securely stored on Firebase servers.
My Tiny List will comply with international regulations, including:
GDPR for European users.
COPPA for users under 13.
The app will not store real-time location data.
Cookies are used to keep users logged in and improve their experience.
Cookies for targeted ads are disabled by default.

Users are prohibited from:
- Misusing the app or jeopardizing the safety of others.
- Sharing accounts or engaging in activities that may cause data loss.
- Users should not use the app to store passwords, panking details or other extremely personal details.
Users are encouraged to report any misuse or issues via the app's support channels.

The app complies with local and international laws and regulations.
Legal disputes will be governed by Romanian laws.
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service may be updated periodically.
Users will be notified of significant changes.
